Moderators

Write access level required. Select one or more users with Write access to the folder to be moderators of this folder. After you select a moderator, all users with Admin access to the folder also become moderators of the folder. A document uploaded to a moderated folder does not appear in searches or become visible to all users of the project until a moderator approves it. When you assign moderators to a parent folder, all subfolders inherit the moderator list. If a subfolder of the parent folder already has a moderator list, the subfolder inherits changes made to the parent folder's moderator list. If all moderators are removed from a parent folder, the parent folder and all of its subfolders are no longer moderated.

When you add or remove a moderator from a folder, the moderator is subscribed to or unsubscribed from that folder.

For step-by-step instructions on how to assign moderators to folders, see Assigning Moderators to Folders.

Accessible to Content Crawlers

Available to Project Leaders only. Select to make the contents of the folder -- including the contents of all of its subfolders -- visible to Collaboration content crawlers for importing into the Knowledge Directory.
