Configure the settings to enable Collaboration to synchronize calendar information with Microsoft Exchange server or IBM Lotus Notes server.
Click Finish after you are done configuring the following:
Setting |
Description |
User Name |
Type your Exchange or Lotus Notes user name. This is usually the same as your Microsoft Windows user name. |
Password |
Type your Exchange or Lotus Notes password. This is usually the same password you used to log in to Microsoft Windows. |
Domain |
Exchange only. Type the name of the Windows domain that you logged in to. |
Mailbox |
Exchange only. Type the name
of your mailbox. It is the first part of your e-mail address. For example,
if your address is user@email.com,

Server |
Select an Exchange or Lotus Notes server from the drop-down list. If you are not sure which server to use, contact your system administrator. |
Synchronize |
Available if the Administrator has enabled the calendarAutoSynch parameter of config.xml. Select the Collaboration objects that you want to synchronize with Exchange or Lotus Notes. The synchronization occurs every night. |
