The Export Discussion dialog box lets you choose a folder that you want to archive a current snapshot of the discussion into and provide a filename and summary description of the discussion that you are archiving. The bottom of the dialog box displays statistics about the discussion.
To export a discussion:
Click Browse.
The Choose Folder dialog box
appears, which lets you explore the folder
hierarchy of the project and choose a folder to archive the discussion
into.
Choose a folder.
Click Finish.
You are returned to the Export Discussion
dialog box.
In the Filename text box, type a name for the discussion.
In the Summary text box, type any additional information about the discussion.
Click Finish.
The exported discussion is archived to the folder that you chose. You can find this folder in the navigation pane of the project's Documents application view page.
To display the page associated with this help topic, in the Discussions application view, select the check box of a discussion in the table pane Upper right section of the application view. You can view the items you selected in the navigation pane in a table format. You can also view detailed information about the items in the table pane by selecting the check box next to the item. Detailed information appears on the details pane below., and click Export Discussion.
