Select Document Location

Available when Collaboration is integrated with BEAAquaLogic Interaction Process 1.7 and when you have access to the Process - Applications portlet. If you do not have access to the Process - Applications portlet, contact your administrator.

This window lets you choose to initiate the process using the original document from its current location or to initiate the process using a copy of the document from a new location. Initiating a process using a copy of the document is useful if you want to have more flexibility in how you manage the lifecycle of the document.

When you choose to initiate the process using a copy of the document, you must choose a project and project folder in which to save the document. The process is initiated using the copy from this location.

Note: Any changes made to the original document after you initiate a process using a copy will not be included in the process.
